HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

We offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping of $6.99 per order. If your order total exceeds $50, shipping is free.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@hartyq.com before 3:00 p.m. PST. We cannot make any changes beyond this period.

Do I get a tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

If you do not receive one, please send an email to support@hartyq.com.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Make sure your listed address is occupied during business hours.

Which courier do you use?

hartyq.com uses FEDEX, USPS, and DHL.

Is a signature required for delivery?
